This resort is an absolute gem! From the stunning views over Elounda Bay to the impressive range of dining options, every moment was delightfully spent. The staff were attentive, making sure every need was met. I particularly loved the private beach area, perfect for relaxation. You won't regret this experience!

Lovely stay with fantastic views

We had an awesome time relaxing by the beach bar with a killer view. Food at the buffet had good variety, but after a few days, it got kinda repetitive. One thing though, getting to some areas was a trek, especially the gym. But overall, great service made up for it!

the lack of consistent housekeeping really bothered me, with dirty floors and unclean coasters every day. i also experienced the sheer horror of waiting for a buggy up a steep hill, which is excusable, but not when the reception and restaurant are a trek away. I woudl have appreciated a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas.

We stayed in one of those Zen suites with a private pool, you know,, it was quite a sight. The views were stunning, and I had a relaxing moment just soaking in the tub by the window, watching the sea while the wind howled outside. , the service at the Greco Levante restaurant was impeccable, especially when I got to enjoy haute cuisine while overlooking that gorgeous view.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we experienced, it was acceptable.

The steep paths throughout the property can be a trip, literally. getting to your room can involve waiting for buggies or a strenuous walk back up. the condition of some facilities—like a less-than-inviting middle pool—could use some TLC to meet the expectations one has from a supposed five-star venue.
